In mechanical processing and production, hydraulic shearing machine is a kind of widely used shearing equipment, which can shear steel plate materials in various thickness.The shearing machine (shear thickness less than 10 mm) is mechanical transmission, while that (shear thickness more than 10 mm) is hydraulic transmission.This article mainly reminds the matters needing attention in the operation of the shearing machine :
1) Before work, we should carefully check whether all parts of the hydraulic shearing machine are normal, whether the electrical equipment is intact, whether the lubrication system is smooth, and clear the tools, measuring tools and other sundries placed around the table and the waste at corner angle.
2)It is not allowed that only 1 worker operates the hydraulic shearing machine.It needs 2~3 people to cooperate for feeding, control dimensional accuracy and material, and designate 1 person as unity command.
3) The gap between the scissors should be adjusted according to the thickness of the shear plate.It is not allowed to shear two different specifications, different materials at the same time.The sheared plate shall have a smooth surface.It is not allowed to shear narrow plate that cannot be compressed.
4) The belt, flywheel, gear and shaft of the hydraulic shearing machine must be installed in the protective cover.
5) The distance between the operator's feeding finger and the scissors mouth should be kept at least 200 mm, away from the pressing device.The protective fence installed on the hydraulic shears should not cover the cutting part.For the corner angle on waste produced after operation ,the operator should remove it in time to prevent being stabbed .
